1. It doesn't look very clean.

2. the hotel was okay - i definitely would not give it a 4-star rating thoughstill, it was clean enough and we had a room on the 1st floor, so we did not have to wait for the elevator, which seemed like it would take forever.

3. only complaint is that cleaning service was too early (before 11am) for us to get the room cleaned, but there was a housekeeper that passed later in the evening to exchange our towels.
