We didn't have any choice because they already charged our card prior to arrival so we had to up-grad at a cost to us, the room was very nice but then it happen water dripping from vent over my toilet it was brown and nasty when we called the front desk they refuse to send any one to help us,but offered towels to wip it up .

2. They are saleing you the worst part of this hotel; which smells terrible,paint peeling of walls, tub so dirty cleaning will not help,walls are cracked, and mole growning everywhereforget the bed just nasty.

8. The shuttle would only take you to the airport on the hour and the driver didn't help load the bags into the van at the hotel but then insisted on taking them out of the van for you, thinking you should tip him at that point.
