1. We didn't feel like we were inundated by sales pitches at all - we just stayed clear away from the 'welcome center' and didn't receive our 'free gift'.

8. The staff were however very helpful (excluding the guy who was part of the 'welcome pack' committee who didn't seem to have the time to tell me anything about local activities, the area or directions).
