6. especially when you brag to your wife that it was brand new great location Ocean view but none of that was in that dingy Tower, So I went down and spoke to the front desk and asked for there help, they were not helpful so I had to call the General Manager and left her a long message on her Voice mail and after 2 hours of disappointment we decided to move to the Westin Next door as we called the front desk to ask them for the Bell hop as we were disappointed by the false advertising and state of the I bedroom with no kitchen which was an important part because of my child, Now we were waiting for the bell hop but a surprice call came from the Manager and she appologized for the mix up and moved us to Napili tower, a brand new tower with amazingly excellent rooms and Kitchen verything was what you expect from an upscale resort and she offerd us an Ocean front Villa, It was excellent and I could see the smile on my wifes face, we stayed there for a week my son loved all the pools especially one with the ship, Beach was great, Lots of Hemicks to rest and enjoy the cool breeze, Nice resturants and very trendy market place with upscale shops and activities, We enjoyed it very much and I will STRESS make sure you book your reservation in new towers or you will be disappointed.
