1. The Aston Mahana at Kaanapali is not your typical resort style set-up (NOT lots of huge pools, restaurants etc.

3. We had a standard 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the 7th floor and were not even tempted to ask for a look at a premium unit, what we had was fine, huge bed, nice bathroom and good kitchen with what appeared to be new appliances.

7. -helpful staff-amazing views from each unit-saw lots of whales breaching from our balcony-fun 'land' curling on ocean front-tennis courts in good shape and rackets/balls/court time are provided for free-situated on nicest beach in Maui and close to all great snorkelling beaches in Kaanapali -beach sand out front is the softest you could imagine-each unit had a DVD player (in Sony playstation)-free movies with a huge selection including new DVDs-expedia tour expert on site-poolside snack bar with reasonable prices-beach towels provided-free event tickets for the Kapalua PGA given to us at check inHere is what I did not like:-charges $0.
