1. A bit far from the strip, but they did have a convenient and comfortable shuttle which picked you up and dropped you off both ways.

4. This was more of a hiking vacation, and the location was convenient to Red Rocks, Death Valley, the Valley of Fire and several other parks as well as the casinos and restaurants on the Strip.

6. The Cliffs are a bit older and the accommodations are dated, but, if you don't want to stay right on the strip but enjoy the convenience of gas, groceries and food close by, this is a nice place to stay.
