6. Upon checking-in I was greeted by a very friendly and professional clerk (I was so impressed by her outstanding customer service, that I even took the time to read her name tag; her name is Sussie) She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions with a smile on her face.

8. Now the lights of the larger hotels near by plus the smaller, smoke filled casino you walk into to get to the front desk actually helps give this place a little charm, sort of welcome to a realistic Vegas welcome.
