1. Considering the cost of accomadation the hotel is outstanding value for money, and we found that we both slept really well, where as we had friends staying on the strip in the more well know hotels that really struggled to sleep.

2. Upon checking-in I was greeted by a very friendly and professional clerk (I was so impressed by her outstanding customer service, that I even took the time to read her name tag; her name is Sussie) She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions with a smile on her face.
