And unlike most hotels, the Tropicana has gotten rid of the buffets, with the exception of the breakfast buffet which was not overly inspiring (although good smoked salmon) but horrible tasteless bagels and pastries that would get you kicked off of Top Chef in the first minute and be banished forever to pastry purgatory.

8. You're on vacation people, it's about the experience you have while you're there, not about how you can get exceptional wi-fi and there's a Starbucks in the lobby.
