6. I am a beach person so I was a little disappointed at these beach facilities, but I was so pleased with the pool area (and usually I am not a pool area person) that I didn't mind at all.

9. We did go to the 4 Seasons Maui for a night, but were pleased to rush back to Lanai (Maui 4 seasons was very nice but very busy and noisey a scene).
