The staff, for the most part, was tremendously helpful and they pretty much baby the guests - it was an interesting experience - loved the chilled towels at the pool, but found the sunglasses cleaning over the top (although I did take advantage of it -- when in Rome, right?)We had an ocean view room that was just gorgeous, I started every morning with a glass of juice and an hour or so on the lanai with a book just looking out over the water, it was amazing.
