2. The guy at the counter was on his phone or watching movies on his laptop in the back, it was interesting hearing phone arguments in another language while you waited at the counter for help.

What I would consider a deluxe version of a super 8; the front desk person was very attentive and helpful after a rough night of airplane travel; the room was large and well supplied; we did not expect a gift bag with snacks and water but it a great surprise; the continental breakfast also far exceeded our expectations, I would consider it a full breakfast.
