1. Motel was clean, comfortable, quiet with exception of air traffic, but it is within a mile of DFW which makes it very convenient.

2. I would stay there again for the price however, one should be prepared as there is really no place to eat nearby except for a burger but the walk is a bit deserted and scary if walking in the evening.

3. It is a perfect spot at exceptional value to stay when mostly what is needed is a comfortable night's sleep and a decent breakfast to start the day.
