1. I was so happy to see it, but when I found out that it was not activated to be used and the tv is locked to prevent customer to use their own HDMI cable to connect their electronic device, I was super disappointed.

8. The staff was efficient,however I mentioned to the front desk clerk that it was our anniversary and she didn't even comment or say happy anniversary or anything.

10. I am happy to say that the front desk staff could not have been nicer, and the room was cool and comfortable when I walked in, despite the 95+ F temps outside.
