5. If you need a very nice hotel in this part of Dallas, I don't think that you can find anything better at anywhere near this price-point.

6. It has some pedestrian fare, but with so many steakhouses and italian restaurants close by, it's better to get the hotel shuttle to give you a ride to where you want to go.
