1. )I did not see any sort of security guard so I'm not sure where the other reviewers saw that guy unless he just happened to have the night off the night I'm here.

4. We stayed here for 5 days in early October, and as it was so cheap compared to other hotels we'd seen we weren't expecting much, but it was in a good location, fairly quiet, and secure.

5. Never felt unsafe either, the neighborhood seems decent and they have a security guard around all night too.

7. The tv that looks like it's 15 yrs old, didnt work, we called the front desk and the woman sent the 'security guard' to fix it.
