1. We walked all over downtown Chicago from here - from the magnificent Mile to Navy Pier, plus it's only 1 block to a 7-11 and several bars.

3. We were a 15 minute stroll from Hancock Center and Water Tower Place (which houses American Girl), 7 minutes from magnificent Mile, and we took an $11 dollar cab ride to Shedd Aquarium and the Museum Campus and the return trip was the same.

4. Besides being close to public transportation and plenty of cabs, the motel is a short walk to the magnificent Mile area and lots of touristy restaurants like Fogo de Chao, Ed Debeviks, Rainforest Cafe and the (formerly called?) rock 'n' roll McDonald's.

7. For the value no one in their right mind should or could complain about staying at this hotel, it has free wifi and parking, within walking distance to plenty of tourist sights, excellent dining and the magnificent mile.
