4. generally, a quiet place, however, placing the AC on high served up a loud, continuous roar so we could only use the AC on low.

9. Had to really search hard to find waiters in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast as they were generally hiding in the kitchen.

10. The staff have a general attitutude of not caring, and that was noticed by my colleague as well as other people in the lobby as the desk staff brushed off each request for information with an "I don't know" or a "We don't do that".
