7. Many pets are better behaved than children, but many people are allergic to pets, and there's no particular steps taken to remove dander from bedspreads, chairs, etc.

9. Other than that, I understand buildings get old so I don't expect a huge "face lift", but maybe just a touch up and a good clean? In any case, thank you very much for your help on this matter and both the site and the hotel made our trip a better experience.
