6. If you are going for a quiet, family stay I would not recommend this hotel but if you want something in the heart of the gaslamp district that is fun, this is your place.

7. The rooms are clean and quiet, although I did see the same piece of tomato on the floor outside the elevators for 2 days.

8. Beware of the above warnings as anyone expecting some of the typical features of a 4-star hotel (quiet, privacy, excellent service) will be disappointed.

9. The staff were very helpful, even suggesting an inexpensive place for a pedicure when the spa was booked,Upon checkin, the front desk let us know that there was a late night pool party and asked if we would prefer a quiet room - a nice touch.
