8. The beds were a bit soft, but staff offered to take care of this (admittedly we had not expected this to be resolved so we only mentioned it at the end of the visit; staff seemed genuinely disappointed that we had not mentioned it before.

9. The welcome included staff taking care of our luggage and car in a very non-intrusive way, no doubt facilitated by the no-tipping policy which the hotel uses.
