4. How could it get better? When we returned for another night after the cruise, we had a beautiful view of the Harbor and skyline.

5. Stayed one night at the seaport and randomly got put in one of the 'Pure' pilot rooms that are hypoallergenic, have air purifiers, special pillows, and all sorts of other fancy features (check their website for a better list) and I had the best night sleep of my life (with intense allergies I'm usually not comfortable in hotels, but this room totally catered to that).

9. This time a smaller one was brought up and we rearranged the room to put it below the window in the living room - cramped, but better than blocking access to the bathroom.

10. All in all, for the price and supposed star rating, one would expect better service from this hotel.
