1. This just may be our experience -because we are never truly comfortable on any hotel bed with the exception of the Hampton Inn chain.

4. Honestly, I can't fathom what all of the bad reviews are about, except maybe people wanting the inexpensive rate when they make their plans, and then expecting the Four Seasons when they actually get there.
