1. The management seems to put a lot of effort into things that don't really affect the quality of the stay -- LEED certification (gets them a tax break but not clear what it does for the customer), trendy wallpaper and mirrors, and the amusing management response to *every comment* on the thread, transparently fluffing themselves and attempting to defuse any criticism, even if legitimate.

3. While this is clearly neither the hotel's fault or responsibility, As a female travelling alone I did expect some communication on the subject from hotel staff.

4. Am i supposed to put my shoes in there as well? It is the hotels responsibility to limit access to my room and ensure that the contents are safe whether they are locked up or not.

5. I had to go back to the front desk and tell them and his first response, 'well, were they by any credit cards?' Seriously, no I'm sorry or let take care of that for you?.

9. The General Manager can best be described in his own words, 'I don't know how to do that', 'I'm not responsible for that', 'I'm trying to help, but maybe it's your fault'.
"Don't go here - the entire staff is incompetent and needs serious training " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/26/2010 Vote
10. When we arrived apparently they had overbooked so they offered us two separate rooms instead (we had four people and we asked for a room with two double beds) which is an extremely nice gesture and responsible thing to do.
