Everything is absolutely perfect about the Royal Gardens at Waikiki except the fact that there is some huge descrepancy about whether smoking is or isn't allowed in the units on the 5 private floors which makes no sense at all since if someone smokes on a private floor's lanai that cigarette smoke, the ashes, and the butts all end up ruining the time of non-smokers on all the other floors owned by Wyndham who chose this building because the FAQ's on Wyndham's webpage specifically states that it is a non-smoking resort.
