1. This is definitely a no frills hotel but their rooms were spacious, clean and simple.

We liked: the recent renovation of the rooms, clean feeling in rooms, spacious lanai with the one bedroom, nice view of the ocean (only partial obstruction by the Hyatt), convenient location to beach, food, shops, bus, fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, nice staff, and 3 elevators to serve the building.

10. You could pay more money for another hotel, but honestly for $100 a night we paid for a studio room (which as I said was quite spacious) this is definatly a great value.
