1. My son was very distraught and could not stop crying, the staff showed no compassion or duty of care, 3 days later, after being out all day we arrived to our room to find a letter stating we need to pay $976 plus taxes to the hotel, this is what Otis charges, bare in mind the invoice from Otis was also attached but the charge was only $150 approx, My husband went down to see the staff and they basically said that we have to pay this fee, I had no intention on paying them this, I am a paying guest in there hotel and it is upto them to maintain there elevators.
