1. And ladies might not want to walk at night to the hotel (there's a big park, and it's sort of quiet/dark).

2. Since the hotel is smallish, you really feel that the hotel is on the beach (I think you don't feel that way in a big hotel on the beach because the main building of the hotel is not as close to the beach as this one)(3) Therefore, it's quiet.

7. I've stayed at the big hotels up the road and this hotel has just as good, if not better, service, great L'Occitane bath amenities, and its own under-utilized beach.

10. Our room was the second from the beach so although no direct sea view, we could see the big blue from the balcony - which by the way was about 30cm wide and for the most part looked out onto a parking lot.
