2. The only nice/positive aspect about the Luana was the fellows that worked the valet service & the bell hop, great guys, very friendly.

3. It is right by the elevator & near the laundry room so you clearly hear all the comings & goings & the pop machine, which every time, when started up sounded like a jet engine, great when you are trying to sleep.
