5. We stayed at this hotel in 1981, when i was fairly new.

9. We had a lot of things go wrong with our television's remote control and they tried to rectify the problem for us without question; provided us with new remote, then when the problem persisted offered us an upgrade in room and then offered to provide us with a new television in the room.

10. Family of four, had wanted to stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village, but due to busy new Year time could not get in, however once we had been there a few days, realised that this location was much better, Hawaiian Village was bit isolated from main shopping area, and as we were there 8 nights much better location at this Hilton.
