1. Even when waiting for your tour bus, the valet/bell men were always asking around to make sure everyone knew where they needed to be or if they needed any help.

7. It was good to see their GM walking about clearing tables, talking with guests during breakfast as he sets the tone for the rest of the hotel staff and they were all really friendly and helpful.
