All in all, if you want a hotel close to the heart of Waikiki and are travelling with kids, the Embassy Suites is a reasonable choice (and better than average value if you want to have a hot breakfast daily and are travelling with kids in tow) as long as you are aware of the property's limitations.

9. I do have to say with toddlers I did appreciate having the suite - made life so much easier and better - at least it meant that they could sleep and we could still stay up and watch TV.
