4. Also on the second floor is a guest travel service,she was very nice in helping us figure out which bus we needed to go to Ala Mona mall.

7. The ABC store was my favorite place,everyone was nice and the store had everything you may have forgotten,plus all the great trinkets,shirts,food and snacks.

8. Our room was excellent, flat screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, nice furniture, firm bed (some might think too firm but hotel will supply a foam mattress cover if you ask), lots of pillows, great bathroom.
