2. it's ok to walk the shops at night,just hang in with the crowd,but I wouldn't feel comfortable going to the beach by myself in the evening as people look to be selling & using drugs at the picnic seating by the beach.

4. Yes the furniture was a bit dated, but seriously who cares? The tv was new, the bed was more than comfortable, and the room was cleaned unless we had the do not disturb on the door.
