1. Bottom line, a great value for the price, conveniently located, fairly good customer service except for that one guy, room is clean and fully furnished, albeit the noise level off the patio to the wee hours of the morning (it is, after all; Waikiki), and the signs of age.

2. Customer service: the cleaning lady is nice and friendly and asked us if we needed anything during the one day we refused cleaning.

3. Inside, the room offers a flat screen TV (albeit small), the room is fairly clean (we got 2Q beds which we don't mind), but the bathroom does show signs of age (toilet seat, etc).
