The room was clean and spotless, we did have an issue with the toilet backing up and overflowing, the hotel

e was timely in getting someone up to the room to fix the problem, it was a minor inconvenience .

We spoke to a 3rd manager the next morning at checkout & his
respons
e to the situation was 'we train our staff to a certain degree' & 'we've never had anything like this happen before ' & 'this employee has been here for quite some time.

Very friendly and professional staff,
responsive
to my needs, plumbing problem developed and maintenance was there within 5 minutes of call, room service was very good, housekeeping almost too attentive.

: immediately took us by chaffeur to our lunch, offered a complimentary breakfast for the following morning, and said they would share my comments with the manager.
