1. The room was clean and spotless, we did have an issue with the toilet backing up and overflowing, the hotel response was timely in getting someone up to the room to fix the problem, it was a minor inconvenience .

4. We spoke to a 3rd manager the next morning at checkout & his response to the situation was 'we train our staff to a certain degree' & 'we've never had anything like this happen before ' & 'this employee has been here for quite some time.

5. Very friendly and professional staff, responsive to my needs, plumbing problem developed and maintenance was there within 5 minutes of call, room service was very good, housekeeping almost too attentive.

6. They were more than responsive: immediately took us by chaffeur to our lunch, offered a complimentary breakfast for the following morning, and said they would share my comments with the manager.
