2. It is not quite as luxurious and not 'formal' as other RC properties, but remember, the buildings in DT Atlanta are not as new so you will not get the new contemporary feel as in other hotels but it still is five star.

5. There are bigger and more luxurious Ritz-Carlton hotels but the staff here always anticipates my needs, remembers me and takes excellent care of me throughout my stay.
