1. Then I looked at the duvet- not any better- it had orange highlighter markings and a green stain on it.

3. I am continually amazed that sometimes the amenities and willingness of staff to make accommodations for guests seem better at the less expensive properties than at the more expensive ones.

4. Part of this is due to the design and noise rising up from the atrium, but this place has been there long enough that a solution (better insulated walls, doors, even little white noise makers in rooms?) could have been found by now.
