5. The staff of the hotel were all very nice, professional, and accommodating, except that I had to call three times to receive more pillows for our room, but that is really my only complaint about the Embassy Suites Buckhead.

7. The accommodations themselves were pretty standard, no problems - but the breakfast seemed subpar, same problems others have noted -- when the hotel is full, there isn't enough staff, trays, coffee, silverware, etc.
