1. Eventually got it sorted out and a got a voucher for a free drink in the bar for my trouble.

3. For military you get free parking and they gave both of us ticket for a free beer or wine at the bar area that night, plus we got tickets for a free buffet breakfast.

5. They graciously gave us a free breakfast and moved us to another room that actually did have a lock, but you couldn't use two of the lamps in the room because they had no plugs for them.

Positives:Convenient to MARTA (2 blocks from Peachtree Place and also near CNN stop) and 2 (unhill) blocks from Peachtree Street which has lots of restaurants and office buildingsComfy bed with soft and hard pillowsfree Wi-Fi and Internet (I believe)Half a block from Olympic Centennial Park and near Aquarium and World of ColaBusiness Center (24 hour access) with 2 free computers and a free printerGym open 24/7Negatives:Pool is open seasonally and wasn't open Easter weekend (early April).

8. we thought breakfast was free when we went down to fix breakfast and ask was it free staff was rude and snatch plate and stated no it's * bucks so if u want to eat u got to pay like * bucks was a problem but the front desk was real friendly.

9. Delandrus checked us in Sunday evening - she was lovely to us, upgrading our room to concierge/club level, giving us a couple of free drink coupons and arranging for our four year old to get a brownie sundae from the dining room because he wanted an ice cream sandwich.
