3. Luckily, the manager overheard and decided to come over and doublecheck and saw that it WASN'T fixed and then made sure it WAS taken care of.

4. They made a mistake on my bill on the morning before I checked out and said they would fix it, but when I returned after a walk to pay, they hadn't but the lady said it was fixed, just not obvious on the bill which seemed odd to me so I insisted - why should the receipt amount be different than what will appear on my credit card statement? The lady again insisted that it was taken care of.
