It's got a pretty decent (free) breakfast offering, served till 9:30, which is later than a lot of places, with apple, orange and tomato juice; milk and water; an English-muffin-ish sandwich (eggs, cheese and, I believe, ham), an Eggs Benedict-like offering, and waffles with a few topping options; yogurt, cereal, bagels and donuts.

5. The lobby area is cleverly designed, with a tiny bar tucked discreetly around to the side of the reception desk -- convenient for guests but not likely to draw any walk-in traffic from the street.

7. We did not feel like having a 'phone marathon' calling downstairs when it was the hotel staffs' job to frequently check on the reported offending room for compliance to Hyatt's guest expectations.

10. Cons-no restaurant and limited options without a vehicle-fitness centre and pool both a joke-I travel a lot and like to have both wherever possible, but a couple of treadmills is not a fitness centre and an 8 metre plunge pool is not a swimming pool.
