1. Staff was mostly very helpful but did make a few mistakes regarding check in that could have been dealt with much better.

8. The best thing though was the gigantic LCD tv in the room- its better then what you get at the Grand Hyatt down the street and most of the real pricey places in Atlanta.

9. The free breakfest was typical continental fare but the breads and juices were better quality then is the norm for the free breakfest buffet at most places.
