3. To me a hotel stay boils down to a nice, clean room that you can get a good night sleep in and where the hotel staff want's to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

4. We arrived at 9 am and was greeted by a very friendly staff, and was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, We had a king room, which was a nice size room, with a nice size bathroom, and very clean, and was located in the north tower.
