8. Everyone form the gentlemen who took great care of my car, to the young lady who changed the mats that helped me keep track of what time of day it was(morning, afternoon, night) to the incredible hospitality and room service staff that greeted me with the warmest smiles.

10. The W is very modern, they have an app you can download to listen to do things like order room service, Contact whatever whenever service, which is a great seevice, these guys will help you out with anything you need tommake you feel right at home.
