1. The hotel is full of fun & funky surprises: an iPhone/iPod charger with a cool, retro alarm clock, lovely sitting area, functional desk with plenty of outlets.

8. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the rooms are a great mix of style (very cool interiors) and business (they all seem to have a desk or two in them) and it's just all-in-all easy which is great when you're traveling for business.
