5. I should not be surprised as I when I checked in the bellman just glared at me, like he was security or something-I thought 'what, never seen anyone in a suit before?' by the way, checked into the other Coast - the Paramount.

6. Customer service is a question mark, as I overheard a problem with one guest at check-in and to see him return to front desk complaining about he was given a dirty room and the front desk girl acting like she did not care.
