5. Nice location in downtown Seattle , walk to almost everywhere , The room was excellent , the bed was the best , flat screen tv with adjustable bracket to pull out , 2 different windows to watch downtown people and a great rate from Expedia.

6. Maybe the lesson for them is, booked direct with the hotel if you want the best service? If I was the Management in the Hotel I would also bump those who did not book directly with the Hotel.
