2. you can use a staircase to get to your room as well as an elevator; it is possible to let fresh air in the room without compromising security or privacy; breakfast is included and really nice.

4. The Inn at Harbor Steps is much more like a family-operated B&B than a hotel; the staff leaves around 6 pm and comes in at 7:30 am but the gracious apartment security guard is there.
