My husband and I travel extensively and we now ONLY book a Marriott hotel - you can count on 5-star service EVERY time - its such a relief to know your hotel room will be ready, spotless and the staff goes above and beyond each and every time from way the room looks and smells to the morning buffett to the "happy hour" service - really everything is GREAT.
